Customers of Magema B.V. can and should expect a high level of service regarding its deliveries. To realise these deliveries under the right conditions, a sound and clear organisational structure is necessary.
To that end, our quality management system is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified by the BSI inspection authority. We continue to actively set new goals to improve ourselves and our system.
We have laid down our procedures, resources, authorisations and measures in our quality manual with the greatest of care. This contributes to overall clarity and a uniform way of working.
The quality policy is aimed at continuing to receive much appreciation for the products and services supplied by Magema B.V. It is an effective and practical system that allows us to meet the contractual requirements, expectations and requirements of our customers.
This is accomplished by:
- Constantly maintaining in contact with customers and suppliers.
- Staying informed about the expectations and needs of our customers.
- Realising a high quality awareness in every employee.
- Continually optimising our business processes.
- Conduct surveys and measurements, of which the results are used to formulate our objectives in a more targeted manner.
We are convinced that our quality management system is in effect also a customer care system. After all, it means that we do everything in our power to meet the expectations and needs of our customers. And that is certainly what Magema B.V. stands for!
